Rates: Our rates vary depending on the projects themselves. We have general rates that we price projects on: Tracking: setup time and breaks are allowed for $30.00 :per hour up to 8 hours. $320.00 :two 8 hour days. $600.00 :five 8 hour days. Mixing: $600.00 :full project $350.00 :demo Mastering: $400.00 :full project $200.00 :demo The Sound Barn provides other package prices depending on project needs. Church/Choir Project Package: $1200.00 Includes up to 10 songs, basic tracking, mixing and mastering. Engineer, drives, cds, included. Studio musicians, producer, or location recording extra. Demos $150.00 - $600.00 Includes up to 5 songs, basic tracking, mixing, and basic master. Engineer, drives, cds, included. Studio musicians, producer, or location recording extra. PRICES Prices subject to change without notice. Prices do not include tape stock or blank media unless otherwise specified. Prices to be charged shall be the prices in force at the date of invoicing. TERMS OF PAYMENT All work is accepted on a C.O.D. basis unless other arrangements have been made in advance and have been listed on the invoice. All projects require a 50% deposit. Overdue accounts will be subject to interest charges of 2% per month. Balance of payment must be received in full before delivery of masters. BOOKINGS AND RATES The customer is responsible for time and services booked and is not entitled to any extensions of the scheduled time without the approval of The Sound Barn. Bookings are one hour minimum, with quarter hour increments thereafter. Booking reservations are not final until booking deposit is received. CANCELLATIONS Cancellation of any work or service ordered will be charged 50% of cost of services scheduled if cancellation takes place within 24 hours of scheduled start of session. 30% for cancellations within one week prior to booking. RETURN OF CUSTOMER'S MATERIALS Customer's materials left on premises six months after completion of work become property of Digital Sound Magic. CUSTOMER'S LIABILITY FOR INFRINGEMENTS The customer shall indemnify and save The Sound Barn harmless of and from all suits, claims, demands, and other liabilities and expenses, including legal fees and disbursements arising out of the production, distribution or exhibition of any films, tapes, CDs, or phonograph records or equivalent in connection with which The Sound Barn shall have furnished any goods and/or services.
